Warranty Policy

3-Month Warranty

Every device sold by ZeroUnique is backed by a 3-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. Because all of our products are certified refurbished and pass a rigorous multi-point inspection, we stand behind their quality and functionality.

What is covered

  • Hardware defects and component failures under normal use
  • Battery health falling below 80% of its rated capacity
  • Issues with core functionality such as charging, display, audio, buttons, and connectivity
  • Manufacturing or refurbishment faults not caused by the customer

What is not covered

  • Accidental damage, drops, liquid damage, or cracked screens
  • Normal cosmetic wear (minor scratches or marks disclosed at the time of sale)
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering
  • Loss, theft, or damage caused by misuse or neglect
  • Consumable accessories (cables, adapters) beyond 30 days

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Email us at support@zerounique.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Where possible, include photos or a short video showing the problem.
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
  4. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible claims.

Resolution

For valid claims we will, at our discretion, repair the device, replace it with an equivalent unit, or issue a refund. Repaired or replaced devices are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It applies to orders shipped within Canada. For questions about your coverage, please contact us.
