Shipping Policy

We ship certified refurbished devices across Canada. This policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping costs.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates & delivery times

Shipping is not free. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the courier and service you select and your delivery address — the exact cost is shown before you complete your order.

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.
  • Expedited shipping: 2–4 business days.

Delivery estimates begin once the order has shipped, not from the time the order is placed. Remote or rural areas may require additional transit time.

Tracking your order

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days, please contact us.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes for certain carriers; please provide a physical address where possible.

Lost or damaged shipments

All shipments are carefully packaged and insured. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at support@zerounique.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
